The conference is a joint conference by TCSE, JASPIC and SEA, focusing on the research and technology exchange for software engineering.

  • TCSE (Taiwan Conference of Software Engineering, Taiwan). TCSE began at 2005 in Taiwan, has been the largest conference in the software engineering area in Taiwan. In 2019, the 15th TCSE cooperates with JASPIC and SEA in Japan to hold a Taiwan-Japan joint conference.
  • JASPIC (Japan Software Process Improvement Consortium, Japan). JASPIC is the non-commercial organization in Japan that devotes to the research, promotion and international communication of software process improvement.
  • SEA (Software Engineers Association, Japan). SEA Japan began at 1985 for being a public place for exchanging experience and techniques about software engineering for software companies, computer manufacturing, end users, universities and research centers.
